Once again, this, too, will be a very popular item. If you decide to purchase this gift, then keep in mind that the baby will be growing. Don’t buy the clothing to fit perfectly. Buy the clothing a little bit too big. You don’t know the size of the infant yet.

• Stuffed Animals
• This gift is a little popular. The baby will need something to play with. Consider the stuffed animal as a ‘Little Friend’.

• Toys
• When buying a toy for infants, think about musical toys and learning toys. Although you are dealing with an infant, their minds are very alert and awaiting to learn something new things.

• Bath Items
• Bath items are a very popular gift as well. The mother-to-be will always appreciate bath items. A baby can never have too many bath items. Bath items consist of soaps, lotions, towels, rubber ducky, oils, wash cloths, brushes, and combs.

• Children's Books
• Children’s books are a great baby shower gift. Children love to be read to. Purchase your favorite childhood book. Inscribe a message for the child inside the front cover or maybe on the dedication page. This will be a wonderful keepsake.

Secondly, you can always buy health items as a gift for the unborn baby. The mother-to-be can always use the following items to keep check and take good care of the baby’s health.
